Dr Sahir works as a Strategy and Management consultant for leading healthcare organisations across the world. He is responsible for partnering with various stakeholders in driving the company’s growth and acting as strategic clinical Counsel for internal and external parties, providing leadership on new business pitches, and assisting with conversion.
He has an MBA in International Healthcare Management from Frankfurt School of Business & Management, Germany. As a part of his MBA, he had the unique opportunity to visit hospitals in the USA, Singapore, India, Germany, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and study their healthcare systems. He has a keen interest in healthcare entrepreneurship and, after his MBA, he pursued further training in entrepreneurship at London Business School and Wharton Business School.
He has worked in various teaching hospitals in Australia, UK and India. He is looking forward to providing strategic leadership and offering his skills in entrepreneurship, strategic planning and marketing, and design thinking.

Develop plans and analyse business proposals
Work in collaboration with account leads to continually assess our strategic capability and progress on key accounts
Act as a strategic counsel to all stakeholders and lead internal and external workshops
Provide strategic leadership on new business pitches, ensuring every pitch/proposal exceeds our client’s expectations and maintains our opportunity conversion rate
Champion innovation across the group, keep abreast of industry trends and cascade learnings and concepts to teams and clients
Mentor internal teams on demystifying strategy and build effective strategic frameworks for wider use
Partner with New Business Team to shape our company growth strategy, triage opportunities and build gold standard resources and examples
